About the role

You will build the data foundations behind our analytics and AI work: ingesting data from operational systems, modelling it for analysis and making it reliable enough to drive decisions.

What you'll do

  • Design and build batch and streaming pipelines (ETL/ELT)
  • Model data for analytics in warehouse or lakehouse platforms
  • Build ingestion and retrieval pipelines for RAG and LLM applications
  • Implement data quality checks, lineage and monitoring
  • Work with stakeholders to turn business questions into data products

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years in data engineering
  • Strong SQL and Python
  • Experience with at least one orchestration tool and one cloud data platform
  • Understanding of data modelling (dimensional, data vault or similar)

Nice to have

  • Experience with vector databases and embeddings
  • IoT/time-series data experience
