Do you work with US clients today?

How is an ODC different from staff augmentation?
Staff augmentation adds individual engineers to your team. An ODC is a dedicated, managed team with its own delivery lead, QA and continuity planning, accountable for outcomes as well as effort.
How do you handle time zones?
Each team agrees a daily overlap window with US hours for stand-ups, reviews and hand-offs, plus on-call cover for production issues where needed.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Work happens in your repositories and tools, and contracts assign all IP to you.
How do we start?
