About Launchpad
Launchpad is VCNR's graduate programme for engineers who want more than a job. They want a career trajectory. You will rotate through product engineering, quality engineering and data or cloud work on real projects, guided by experienced mentors.
What you'll learn
- Software fundamentals: a core language in depth, SQL, Git and testing
- A modern web stack (Next.js/React, APIs, cloud basics)
- How established business systems work, and how to change them safely
- Professional skills: estimation, communication, documentation and ownership
Who should apply
- 2025 or 2026 graduates in B.E./B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (CS/IT) or related fields
- Strong fundamentals and genuine curiosity; projects or open-source contributions are a plus
- Willingness to work from our Nelamangala, Bengaluru office in a hybrid model
What to expect
A structured learning path, mentorship, real responsibility from the first month, and a clear review at the end of the programme for confirmation into a full engineering role.
