QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Quality is in-house at VCNR, not an afterthought. You will design test strategies, build automation frameworks and act as the quality conscience of product teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain UI, API and integration test automation (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST-assured or Postman/Newman)
  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines
  • Define test plans, risk-based coverage and release quality criteria
  • Perform exploratory, regression and performance testing
  • Contribute to evaluation suites for AI/LLM features

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years in software testing with strong automation experience
  • Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python
  • Good understanding of SDLC, agile practices and defect lifecycle
  • Attention to detail and clear bug reporting

Nice to have

  • Performance testing (JMeter, k6) and security testing basics
  • Mobile app testing experience
